Athletes sprinting at PFP

Sound Familiar?

Every summer, the same thing happens.

School ends and the plan is to train. Then a vacation gets booked, a tournament fills a weekend, and before anyone notices it's the first week of August with two weeks left before fall practice.

Two weeks isn't enough time to build anything. It's barely enough time to shake off the rust.

So your athlete walks into the most important stretch of their competitive year in essentially the same condition they were in when school let out — while a smaller group of athletes used that exact same window to get noticeably faster, stronger, and more prepared.

That difference shows up immediately. In the fitness test. In the first sprint. In how coaches look at your athlete on day one. The gap between a prepared athlete and an unprepared one isn't built at tryouts. It's built in the summer — quietly — while most people aren't paying attention.

This program exists to make sure your athlete is on the right side of that gap.

What Your Athlete Gets

Five things every serious athlete needs this summer.

  • 01
Real Speed — Built the Right WaySprint mechanics, force production, and acceleration technique. Not just running more. Athletes who train speed correctly test measurably faster in September than they did in June.
  • 02
Strength That Shows Up in GamesStrong athletes are harder to move, harder to outjump, and harder to outlast. A physical presence that coaches notice and opponents feel from day one of the season.
  • 03
Explosiveness and Change of DirectionMost games are decided in the cuts. We train deceleration, cutting mechanics, and the ability to explode back into full speed — the skill that separates good athletes from great ones.
  • 04
Conditioning That Holds Up LateAthletes conditioned correctly finish games the same way they started them. No fading in the fourth quarter. No gassing out when it counts most.
  • 05
Injury Prevention Built Into Every SessionACL tears, hamstring strains, and shin splints are predictable in most cases. We build the strength and movement quality that reduces that risk before the season ever asks anything of your athlete.

What Parents Say

Real results from last summer.

"We came to PFP because we were worried about injuries, especially ACL tears. After a summer of training, both of my daughters were stronger, faster, and more confident. Their teams noticed the difference — and we've stayed with PFP ever since."

Chris — Parent of Two Soccer Athletes

"My younger daughter gained speed and confidence on the field, while my older daughter improved her footwork and ball control. PFP built their strength and reduced the risk of injury. Both love training here, and so do we."

Steve — Parent of Youth Athletes, Ages 10 & 12

"My daughter has trained at PFP for over a year. Her speed, agility, and ball control are all sharper. She loves the community here so much she misses it when we go on vacation."

Mike — Father of a 13-Year-Old Soccer Player

What Happens If They Don't

The athlete who skips this summer does not just stand still.

Every athlete who trained is moving forward. The ones who didn't show up behind — and that gap does not close during the season.

  • Week 1 of PreseasonOther athletes are already performing. Yours is still getting into shape. Coaches form first impressions immediately.
  • The Fitness TestAthletes who trained pass it without thinking twice. Athletes who didn't spend the first days of the season playing catch-up.
  • Playing TimeCoaches give opportunities to athletes who are ready. Physical preparation is one of the few things a family can actually control.
  • Injury Risk Goes UpAn underprepared body absorbing a full season of demands is where most youth sports injuries happen.
  • The Gap CompoundsThe athletes who trained spent 10 weeks pulling ahead. The next chance is next summer — a full year away.
