Who says social media can't lead to positive outcomes? Stumbled upon the PFP Ad on Instagram and was intrigued by the messaging around personal training for adults over 40. Having the option to choose a workout day and time that meets my needs, which changes daily, is one of the reasons I decided to join. The workouts are manageable for my fitness level and goals that I seek to achieve. When I attend my first class, the other members were very friendly and welcomed me. During one workout when I struggling with getting the excercise done correctly, one member assisted me to help me get through that particular session. The friendliness of the trainers and members further supported my decision to join. I can honestly say that joining PFP is amongst the best decisions I've made thus far for 2026.Posted on Google Andrew AlexandrovichTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 10 year old son's main sport is hockey, but he also plays lacrosse, soccer, and enjoys running. Since working with PFP, we have seen noticeable improvements in his speed, agility, and strength on the ice. He has also developed a stronger interest in fitness and understanding of how training improves his performance. We would absolutely recommend PFP for young athletes!Posted on Google Christina SloneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son plays elite level travel baseball. Two of his teammates started at PFP about a year ago and within weeks of their start, you could see improvement in their movement and overall confidence. My son is on the smaller side, so I figured he could use some extra strength and agility training to help him keep up. In just the short time since he’s been at PFP, I have been amazed with how much better he’s moving. In addition, he is significantly stronger. I highly recommend the sports performance training for any youth athlete.Posted on Google Stephanie NicholsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started training at PFP in January, and it's been a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and take the time to make sure everyone is using proper form. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, whether you're new to working out or have been training for years. Because of this training, I have noticed an improvement in my strength, balance and coordination and overall physical body composition. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a great workout. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive place to train.Posted on Google Sara MalinowskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined Prepare for Performance on a whim because I was so tired of trying to convince myself to work out, but never actually "getting" to it. Even after the first week I couldnt imagine myself not going. I truly look forward to the trainers and the classmates that will be there each day. The workouts are challenging and the trainers do a great job offering options to meet us where we are in our training. They are super encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. They've been able to correct certain alignments to make sure the we're targeting the correct muscle groups. Outside of the talented trainers I really appreciate the schedule. You can sign up for times and change them based on your schedule which has been really flexible for me and my family. I fully recommend Prepare For Performance and I'm super grateful for the experience I've had so far!Posted on Google Celene MoorerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It took one session and he was hooked. After just a few weeks, not only did his strength and agility improve, his focus and determination was back. The program is fantastic and PFP really focuses on building the foundations of strength in order to perform at one’s best. Not to mention the coaches are all great and inspiring to the kids. Can’t recommend the program enough, especially for young athletes!Posted on Google Kim RileyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
