Personal Trainer and Coach
Prepare for Performance | Rockville, MD
Position Summary
Our Personal Trainer and Coach works with two groups: adult members, most of them 40+, and youth athletes in our sports performance program.
On the adult side, you’ll coach small group and 1-on-1 personal training.
On the athlete side, you’ll coach small groups and teams working on speed, strength, and the movement skills that carry over to their sport.
Every adult and athlete trains on a program built for them, with a coach who knows them by name and knows what they’re working toward. Your job is to help each person get stronger, move better, and keep showing up, while making sure they feel welcome and well coached.

This role starts at 25+ hours a week, with mornings, evenings, and weekends. There’s room to pick up more hours and 1-on-1 clients as you grow with us.
