Coaching That Starts With You

Your goals, experience, and starting point matter. We begin with a conversation about what you want to achieve, your training background, and any limitations that may affect your workouts.

That understanding shapes how we coach you. We explain exercises, guide your technique, and make adjustments so you can train at an appropriate level while building confidence.

You’ll have someone to ask questions, help you navigate challenges, and recognize your progress.

A Team You Can Get to Know

Choosing a coach is a personal decision. We want you to feel comfortable with the people guiding your training.

Our coaches lead sessions, provide feedback, and help you understand the purpose behind your workouts. As we learn how you move and respond to training, we use that information to support your next steps.

Helping Adults Build Strength for Everyday Life

For many of our adult clients, fitness means having the strength and confidence to enjoy life more fully. It means keeping up with family, returning to favorite activities, and making time for their own well-being.

Our personal training and small-group personal training programs help adults work toward:

  • Greater strength for everyday tasks and activities.

  • Improved mobility to move with more control and confidence.

  • Better conditioning to support an active lifestyle.

  • A consistent routine that fits into a busy week.

  • Confidence in the gym through instruction and practice.

Beginners and adults returning to exercise are welcome. Many of our members are over 40, and our coaching meets each person at their starting point.

Helping Athletes Prepare With Purpose

Youth and teen athletes need a strong foundation as practices and competition become more demanding.

Our sports performance training helps athletes develop speed, strength, power, coordination, and conditioning. Coaches adapt training to each athlete’s experience, goals, and stage of development.

We also help athletes practice habits that support their development: showing up consistently, following instructions, working through challenges, and taking responsibility for their effort.

The goal is to help athletes feel more capable and prepared when they step onto the field or court.

What You Can Count On at PFP

A Coach at Every Session

You’ll receive instruction, feedback, and support throughout your workout. Your coach helps you understand what to do and how to approach it.

Personal Attention in Small Groups

Our adult small-group sessions have a maximum of eight clients per coach. Exercises are adapted to individual needs while members share the encouragement and accountability of training together.

Structured Progression

Our adult programming changes monthly, with repeated movements that give you time to practice technique and track progress. Coaches use notes from your sessions to help guide future training.

Clear Communication

We explain your training options, answer questions, and discuss what to expect. We encourage you to speak up about your goals, concerns, and how exercises feel.

Support for Consistency

Reserve sessions through our member app and establish a routine that works for your schedule. Most adult members train two to three times per week.

A Welcoming Community

You’ll train alongside people with different backgrounds and goals. Encouragement, shared effort, and familiar faces help make it easier to keep coming back.

Hear From the People Who Train Here

Choosing a training program is easier when you can hear from people who have experienced it.

Our client stories share perspectives from adults and families who train at PFP, including their experiences with coaching, consistency, confidence, and progress. Each person’s journey is different, and their stories can help you understand what training here feels like.

Know What to Expect Before You Begin

Getting started should feel clear and approachable.

We’ll talk about your goals, explain the relevant program, and review scheduling, membership options, and policies before you enroll.

For adult training, introductory options include a two-week free trial or a 28-day VIP Pass. The VIP Pass comes with our “love it or leave it” full-refund guarantee. Your coach will explain what each option includes and review the guarantee terms with you.
